United Family Congress is an organization that seeks justice that will have a positive effect for every exceptional individual or family with an exceptional dependant regardless of the diagnosis or exceptionality of the individual or family circumstances. Group to unite every family with disabled children regardless of disability, diagnosis or personal circumstances, to stand together as one collective voice and to create a significant socio-politcal force for change.
