Citizens For Nonviolent Action Against Racism (CINAAR), was co-founded by Lisa Anderson and Spencer L. Hamm, in response to the Aryan Nations yearly conference in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and particularly the KKK style Christian cross burning in the front yard of Spencer L. Hamm and Toni Scott's Spokane Valley home on August 20, 1988. CINAAR pledged then as now to fight racism in the Inland Northwest and abroad by educating the community on equality for all. This organization was founded in 1988 in response to the Aryan Nation's yearly conference in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Includes related links and contact information.
