CGS uses research, advocacy, technology and education to improve the fairness of governmental policies and processes, empower the underserved to participate more effectively in their communities, improve communication between voters and candidates for office, and help implement effective public policy reforms. Non-profit, non-partisan organization that studies and helps implement innovative approaches to improving social problems and the processes of self-government in the areas of political reform, media and civic participation, and sustainable communities.
